Letterpress nightmares…. well really it’s not that bad. After a day of trying to get an even impression Sandra and I gave up trying to get it. we decided to take our little Adana 8x 5 to Don Black. We got there and even though we didn’t get to far into the building, they had all sorts of neat old letterpress stuff around. So much to look at in a small room.
Turns out that it’ll be an easy fix that wont cost us much at all. So we’re pretty happy about that. He also told us that there’s a Letterpress Guild in Richmond hill were we can learn to use bigger letterpress’s as we would like to get a big one later on down the road.
We’ve been working on a friends card and the designs are done. Maybe once we print it I’ll post it up.
